 <title>Either way it gets passed down to the consumer. It has to be part of the discussion of global warming Its far from being resolved whether its going to be Warner-Lieberman or some other version. We’ll see a debate on global warming but I don’t think we’re going to get across the finish line with any particular package this year. ….We need to be concerned about what it will do to the American economy and make sure that we’re taking that into account while we deal with one of the perils of the planet. We need a workable plan to deal with global warming and the release of CO2.</title>
