    I would like to know why Northern Ill., Columbine, CO, NY, VA (during 9/11), etc. have all received monies from the Department of Justice's Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) to facilitate recovery of their communities, and Virginia Tech has yet to recieve one penny to support them through the worst school shooting in history?
